About The Position

This position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and completing the offer process for hourly warehouse associates throughout the Ryder network. It is a full-time, temp-to-perm position that is remote-based, with occasional travel to customer sites (less than 10%). Preference is given to bilingual candidates (English/Spanish).

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED.
• Two (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and keep the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Measure performance based on KPI measures and execution of recruitment strategies.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
