Role Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Recruiter to join our high-volume manufacturing recruitment team onsite in Normal, IL minimum of 3 days a week. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, screening, and hiring a large volume of skilled and semi-skilled production, assembly, and general labor candidates for our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in recruitment within a dynamic and essential industry. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment, HR, administrative support, or customer service role. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Results-oriented and driven to meet hiring targets.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups), local community organizations, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to our company and available positions.
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements.
  • Support in person interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
