Requirements
- Strong background in high voltage dispatching with at least 3 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Computer proficiency with a familiarity in dispatch software
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in a dispatch or related role
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the home automation or electrical services industry is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch high voltage technicians to various job sites
- Ensure all dispatched resources meet safety and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and manage field operations to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatched activities
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
