About The Position

The High Temperature Electrolysis Data Analysis Postdoctoral Research Associate at Idaho National Laboratory focuses on developing and evaluating high temperature steam electrolysis stacks and systems. Requirements

  • PhD in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, material science or related disciplines completed within the previous 5 years.
  • Demonstrated oral and published written communication skills in English.
  • Developing publication record in machine learning, data analysis, or nuclear technology.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in machine learning tools and algorithms applied to high temperature steam electrolysis, electrochemistry, instrumentation and controls, and steam generation.
  • Data analysis including storage, processing, interpretation, and publication of research data and results.
  • Interface with other researchers to develop new concepts and technologies.
