High Tech Private Duty Nurse (RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatrics to help bring a new pediatric client home in Bradford, PA. The role involves providing one-on-one, hands-on care for a tiny client with a tracheostomy. BAYADA is hiring for full-time days and full-time nights, emphasizing high-quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This private duty nursing role offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s, or 10’s), allows for building client relationships, and observing client milestones, with client ages ranging from infant to geriatric.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
