Requirements

• Prior experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or copyright litigation.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree, or industry experience, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Outstanding legal research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and a team player.
• An interest in taking ownership of projects and increased levels of responsibilities for client matters.
• Candidates must be admitted to the state bar in which they are practicing.
• Candidates will need to be admitted to the D.C. Bar.
• Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred but not required.
