About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking High Tech Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for a male client with a Traumatic Brain Injury & a Spinal Cord Injury in Berrien Springs, MI, and surrounding areas. The role involves offering customized care that honors each individual's preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. The client has cats, so comfort with cats is required. AdvisaCare prioritizes both caregivers and clients.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
• Comfortable with cats

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty in-home care to a male client with a Traumatic Brain Injury and a Spinal Cord Injury.
