The Vice Principal of Academic Inclusion is a key instructional leader who, in collaboration with the principal, drives the strategic vision, compliance, and instructional quality for special populations, including students with IEPs, multilingual learners (MLLs), and students requiring Tier 2/3 interventions. You are a data-driven, equity-minded leader with deep knowledge of special education and inclusive practices. You coach teachers, oversee compliance, collaborate across instructional teams, and ensure every scholar receives the support necessary to thrive in a college-prep environment. You are responsible for leading the Academic Inclusion team and helping shape an instructional program that honors neurodiversity, centers student outcomes, and builds capacity in others. This role reports to the Principal and is part of the school’s leadership team.
