About The Position

1. 0 FTE Effective Date of Employment: Beginning of the 2026-27 school year Job Summary: Teach Music Production 1 and 2 : This course will present beginning to intermediate music production techniques and skills as well as an overview of the music industry in general. Students will be given direct hands-on experience with music production equipment as well as opportunities to explore other areas on their own. This is a course is offered within the Career Development Program for students in Grades 11 and 12 Travel between buildings is required and reimbursed per district policies. Maintain good communication and cooperation with staff and parents. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Carry out responsibilities as defined by master contract and supervisor.

Requirements

  • MN licensure preferred.
  • Candidates with industry knowledge and who are eligible for a license, variance or community expert permission may also apply.
  • Relate positively to students, staff, and community.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
