High School Student Care Assistant
About The Position
Rochester Academy Charter School (RACS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Student Care Assistant in our High School building. You will be an important mentor and support for young people as they navigate one of the most difficult times in our history. Ideal candidates will possess experience building relationships with, supervising, and mentoring students. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring hallways and student gathering areas, facilitating restorative conversations, monitoring student attendance, communicating with teachers and parents, and participating in Student Support Team and Grade Level Support Team meetings. Rochester Academy Charter School is an urban public charter school open to students from Rochester, New York. Not only does RACS lead Monroe County in graduation rates but our students also surpass RCSD students on State standardized tests scores.
