MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid Ohio Teaching License with a K-12 Spanish Language Endorsement Fluent in Spanish and have basic English skills Possess much patience for and enjoyment of children Ambitious, high - energy person Ability to maintain professional conduct, appearance and manner Organized individual with ability to use initiative and creativity in stimulating student learning Excellent communication skills Ability to encourage active participation of students and to maintain an effective learning environment Familiar with and capable of utilizing Smart Board technology to enhance instruction Excellent classroom management techniques DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Experience teaching Spanish as a second language Experience in working with special needs students
