About The Position
Uwharrie Charter Academy (UCA) is a public K-12 charter school located in Asheboro, NC. UCA offers a STEAM-focused, project-based learning environment grounded in our core values: Relationships, Rigor, and Relevance. We are proud to graduate students who are critical thinkers, effective problem solvers, and responsible citizens. Uwharrie Charter Academy is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced High School Principal to lead our high school campus. The ideal candidate will serve as the instructional and operational leader of the high school, fostering a culture of high expectations, academic excellence, student engagement, and staff collaboration. This is an 12-month administrative position that includes some evening and weekend responsibilities.
