About The Position
Position: High School Mathematics Teacher of Students with Disabilities - Resource Room and IN-Class Support Paramus High School Effective Date(s): 2025-2026 School Year Employment Terms: 10-month school year Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits Tenure Track Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and the Board of Education. Reports To: Supervisor of Supervisor of Special Services/Principal Job Goal(s): Assigned students will fulfill their potential for emotional, physical, and psychological growth, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills essential for full participation as responsible citizens.
Requirements
- New Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped Certification OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities and Mathematics Content Area Certification required.
- New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate
- Controlled substance testing and successful completion of criminal history background check are required of all applicants offered employment.
