About The Position

Mathnasium of Morton Ranch is dedicated to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it. Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method, which has transformed the lives of children since 2002. We are looking for passionate Math Instructor/Tutors to join our team and make a difference in the lives of KG-12th grade students. Requirements

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• Willingness to learn and be trained

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction/Math tutoring services to students
• Become proficient with digital educational materials & processes
• Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students
• Provide personalized math instruction in elementary, middle school through Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry and Pre-Calculus
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
