About The Position
The Springfield Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified educator to meet and instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times. The role involves planning a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students, creating a conducive classroom environment, and guiding the learning process towards established curriculum goals. The educator will be responsible for preparing classes, employing various instructional techniques, assessing student accomplishments, maintaining accurate records, and following the district's code of conduct. Additionally, the educator will participate in professional growth, attend meetings, and contribute to district decisions regarding budget and curriculum.
