Masters Program Early College at TMP Santa Fe is a dynamic and student-centered public high school where learners accelerate academic achievement through dual credit coursework, real-world experiences, and culturally responsive instruction. We prepare students for success in college, careers, and community leadership by fostering a supportive environment that values rigor, relationships, and equity. Masters Program Early College is seeking a dedicated High School Math Teacher to teach Entry Level Dual Credit Math Courses and other high school mathematics courses. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, skilled in fostering student growth, and committed to creating an inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
Requirements
- Eligibility to teach high school mathematics in New Mexico
- Demonstrated ability to support diverse learners through differentiated instruction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to culturally sustaining pedagogy and student empowerment
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics strongly preferred
- Experience teaching dual credit or college-level math preferred
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach dual credit and additional high school math courses
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging instruction aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor and assess student learning to inform instruction and provide individualized support
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with faculty, school leadership, and postsecondary partners
- Participate in professional development, school events, and continuous improvement efforts
