About The Position
The Springfield Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified educator to join our team. The position involves meeting and instructing assigned classes, planning a program of study tailored to the individual needs of students, and creating a conducive learning environment. The educator will guide the learning process towards achieving established curriculum goals, prepare for classes, employ various instructional techniques, assess student accomplishments, maintain accurate records, and follow the district's code of conduct. Additionally, the educator will participate in professional growth, contribute to the teacher evaluation process, attend meetings, and engage in school-sponsored activities.
