About The Position

Catalina Foothills School District seeks a qualified applicant for the position of High School Math Teacher for our Tucson area location. Responsibilities include: Responsible for challenging all students to achieve their personal best through rigorous, engaging, innovative progress that develop math skills and knowledge for lifelong learning and responsible citizenship using the knowledge of Teaching Mathematics & Science; Educational Psychology or Learning & Development; School Organization & Technology of Learning; and Philosophical Basis of Education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, Mathematics, or related Science field.
• Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate with Math as an Approved Area.
• 30 college credits in Math.
• Full Structured English Immersion (SEI) endorsement within one year of hire.
