About The Position

Wolcott College Prep is currently seeking a temporary high school Learning Specialist dedicated to teaching to the strengths of college-bound students with learning differences to join our team of professionals. Expertise in supporting students with dyslexia, learning disorders, and ADHD with strength based instructional methods is desired. Wolcott College Prep offers in-person instruction, and this position requires in-person teaching. The Learning Specialist also collaborates with faculty across the curriculum and content areas to: create deeper curricular connections, embed strategies and scaffolds into classroom instruction, and, when needed, develop individualized approaches for students.
