About The Position

High School Intern – Pathways to Progress Program: This is an entry level internship that introduces high school students to municipal operations and foundational career skills. This position will primarily be responsible for assisting with basic administrative or operational tasks; supporting departmental projects or assignments; helping with events or community activities; shadowing City employees; and participating in internal/external learning and career readiness sessions. Students must be at least seventeen (17) years of age and currently enrolled in a high school, vocational technical school, or another qualifying educational program.
