High School Head of Marketing
About The Position
Role: Find and lead 3–4 pairs of LaSalle guys to hand out marketing brochures. You will also be a member of one of the pairs 10–15 hour/week commitment Company Overview: Varsity Mulching is a local landscaping company that was founded by LaSalle students. While our labor force has moved to primarily full-time workers, we want to keep LaSalle involved through these marketing roles. It’s an opportunity for those interested in business to get a peak inside the marketing that drives a high-growth business. Compensation: $25.00 per hour At Varsity Mulching, we set the highest quality standard for mulching and maintenance while developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. Because of the simplicity of the service, we are able to quickly promote into leadership positions. Employees who prove their work-ethic and integrity can earn a promotion to project manager. Project managers who prove their ambition and entrepreneurial spirit can earn a promotion to director, based on their skills and past experience.
