About The Position

The Montville Township High School is seeking a dedicated and qualified High School English Language Arts Teacher for a tenure track position. Requirements

• NJ English language Arts certification is required.
• Strong background in Student Learning Standards and student-centered learning.
• Familiarity with the use of technology, differentiated instruction, connecting ELA to other disciplines, and creating healthy community connections.
• Knowledge of effective non-traditional instructional strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside of own discipline.
