Moffatt & Nichol is seeking Camp Counselors for the San Diego office to assist in running the High School Engineering Week program for a duration of three weeks in 2026. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Be available and willing to travel
  • Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
  • Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.S. and to present the required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials required for activities, such as flyers and schedules
  • Facilitate daily activities, including presentations, building events, and travel to and from site visits
  • Supervise participants and provide assistance to those needing additional help
  • Maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms and office spaces used for activities
  • Learn and implement safety protocols to ensure participant protection
  • Conduct debriefing sessions after Engineering Week and offer suggestions for future programs
  • Communicate with parents and facilitate group discussions
