About The Position
Utilizing leadership, advocacy and collaboration, the High School Lead Counselor promotes student success by providing preventive services and responding to identified needs through implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program that helps guide all learners in their academic success, personal and social development, and career and college planning. Additionally, the Lead Counselor acts as a member of the counseling leadership team, managing/supervising and/or mentoring counselors and supporting efforts to improve student performance.
