About The Position
Westwood Public Schools seeks candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences for the position of High school Athletic Director. The AD works closely with the Principal, Athletic Trainer, District Administration, and support staff to oversee all aspects of the 6-12 athletic program. Our ideal candidate is passionate, approachable, and dedicated to supporting all students. You will be an integral part of our leadership team as we create and sustain a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, community, and learning. The Athletic Director reports directly to the high school principal and collaborates with the middle school principal. This is a school-year position (224 days) that includes evenings, weekends, and summer work days.
