Franklin Educational Services provides personalized, one-on-one academic tutoring and executive functioning coaching for middle school, high school, and college students. Our approach emphasizes strong relationships, individualized instruction, and skill-building strategies that help students strengthen academic performance while developing independence and confidence. We support students across a wide range of academic needs—from advanced coursework and standardized exams to study skills and executive functioning challenges. Many of our students are enrolled in rigorous programs, including the Advanced Placement Program offered through the College Board. We are seeking high-level academic tutors to provide 1:1 support for high school and college students, including those enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) and college-level Spanish coursework. Sessions may take place in-home or online, depending on student needs. Scheduling varies by family, but most sessions occur weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends, making this role ideal for educators, graduate students, or subject-matter experts seeking flexible, meaningful work. We are particularly interested in tutors who can support students in rigorous academic subjects and help them develop strong study habits, problem-solving skills, and academic confidence.
