The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors across assigned facilities. This position requires proactive surveillance, prompt response to incidents, and adherence to company security protocols. Pay: Starting pay $24.00 - $25.00 per hour with the possibility of overtime. Requirements

Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no violations in the last 3 years)
Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-rise security environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a security supervisory role
BSIS Guard Card
BSIS Baton Permit
Pepper Spray Certification
CPR and/or First Aid Certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Physically able to stand and patrol for extended periods
Reliable transportation
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to pass a drug test and background check
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
Conduct foot patrols alone.
Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
