About The Position

The High Rise Security Supervisor at Patrol Solutions LLC is responsible for supervising and coordinating security services at assigned locations. This role involves acting as a liaison between the site Security Director, Field Operations Manager, and security officers, ensuring quality service delivery during specific shifts. The position requires effective communication, crisis management, and the ability to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
• Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit.
• Must possess a current Pepper Spray Certification.
• Must possess a current CPR or First Aid Certification.
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License with no violations in the past 3 years.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on assigned shifts.
