About The Position
The High Point Campus Pastor will primarily do four things: Growing the campus ministry by multiplying everything, leading the gatherings, and leading the elders and towards growth and sending. This will require a significant investment into the weekly gathering, oversight of groups ministry at the campus, and leveraging influence to move the campus towards giving and going.
