About The Position
The High Performance Computing + Gridding Scientist at Aramco Services Company is responsible for performing and directing major projects related to the development of meshing algorithms in reservoir simulation applications. This role involves implementing new and improving existing meshing algorithms in a full-field reservoir simulator, conducting testing and profiling studies of implemented algorithms on real field models to validate mesh quality and optimize performance. The scientist will maintain knowledge of the state-of-the-art in research and industry, provide support to colleagues and customers using developed features, and work closely with team members to integrate support for developed algorithms in their work.
