About The Position

Work with CircuitHub — a fast-growing robotics startup building the factory of the future. We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn real-world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science
• Must be able to attend ~100 hours of initial training during weekday hours (can be completed in 5+ hour blocks, available 24 hrs/day Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Operate and program pick-and-place machines
• Solder and assemble circuit boards
• Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks
• Support packing, shipping, and inventory management
• Conduct basic machine maintenance
• Graduate to complex debug and problem-solving on cutting-edge robotics equipment as you gain experience
