Job Description: High Net Worth Leader - Personal Lines Department Position: High Net Worth Leader Location: Open to fully remote; hybrid and local candidates preferred in Morris County, NJ Salary: $90,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience) About Us: We are a regional agency specializing in retail insurance and risk management, dedicated to providing tailored solutions for our clients. As we expand our personal lines department into the high net worth sector, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead this initiative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
- Strong network and relationships with HNW carriers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of the personal lines department focused on high net worth clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high net worth insurance carriers.
- Work closely with producers to identify and pursue opportunities within the high net worth market.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the department and enhance service offerings.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for high net worth clients.
