About The Position

A well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking to add a motivated High Net Worth Junior Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage a diverse personal lines book of business that includes mostly mid-market carriers/clients with some high worth accounts with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in the insurance industry while working closely with seasoned professionals. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance, they should be detail-oriented, enjoy working collaboratively, and be eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed P&C insurance professional, with at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a desire to advance in handling larger accounts within the agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Better if within the high net worth space.
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG, Berkley, Hanover, Safeco and Travelers are a plus.
  • Experience with the EPIC agency management system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Service a book of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely response to inquiries.
  • Complete the preparation of quotes, proposals, and policy summaries, helping to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and internal team members and address client needs efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions, updates, and transactions in the agency's management system effortlessly.
  • Complete client renewals and policy reviews, and be able to complete remarketing efforts.
  • Facilitate communication with clients regarding coverage explanations, policy updates, and other service-related inquiries.
