About The Position
The High Needs/Resource Special Ed Paraprofessional at Hillside Elementary School is responsible for providing instructional and behavioral support to special education students in high needs programs under the direction of a licensed special education teacher. This role is crucial in assisting students with various learning challenges, behavioral issues, and physical support needs. The paraprofessional will work closely with the special education teacher to implement district policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for all students.
