About The Position
Monroe Truck and Auto Accessories is a leading provider of high-quality truck and auto accessories, offering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This position will focus on learning and supporting the responsibilities of our Sales team, with the goal of growing into a more comprehensive sales role. As a Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with customers, team members, and suppliers to provide exceptional service and maintain an organized and welcoming showroom environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with sales of Truck and Auto Accessories, Spray Bedliners, and Remote Car Starters
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on leads and quotes generated by vendors, website platforms, emails, and text messages.
- Notify customers when their job is complete or parts have arrived.
- Provide exceptional service for truck topper orders and snow plow parts inquiries.
- Restock showroom products by utilizing low inventory reports and communicating with suppliers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Understand and analyze inventory reports to manage stock levels efficiently.
- Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping floors, vacuuming the front impression mat, and maintaining the showroom and waiting room.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members using tools like phone, email, chat, text, and walkie-talkies.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs as needed.
- Exhibit a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all customer and team interactions.
