About The Position

Seeking a High-End Residential Project Manager to lead premium home renovation and addition projects on site and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners. This role combines hands-on project leadership with client communication and jobsite coordination to deliver exceptional remodeling outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of high-end residential remodeling work with multiple relevant projects
  • Excellent communicator with executive-level client interaction skills
  • Proven ability to manage jobsite schedules, logistics, materials, and subcontractors independently
  • Professional presentation, integrity, and accountability on site and in homeowner communications
  • Situational awareness, problem solving, and reliable judgment on dynamic jobsite environments
  • Strong work ethic, character, and professionalism with a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Long tenure in high-end residential remodeling environments
  • Prior experience as the sole on-site representative on complex projects

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site representative and steward of project quality and homeowner satisfaction
  • Lead daily site operations including scheduling, trade supervision, logistics, deliveries, materials, cleanliness, dust control, and protection of existing finishes
  • Manage subcontractors and trade partners to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Communicate directly and professionally with homeowners, setting expectations and responding to questions and concerns
  • Execute or oversee interior remodeling work including structural modifications, window and door changes, kitchens, finish carpentry, and millwork
  • Understand the full remodeling lifecycle and coordinate scopes even when not self-performing all trades
