Blue Star is hiring High-End Residential Carpenter to join our team in the D.C. area. We build high-end residential projects and are looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want steady, year-round work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of carpentry experience (residential preferred)
- Skilled with tools, materials, and construction methods
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry work
- Read and follow construction drawings
- Work with supervisors, project managers, and trades to keep jobs on schedule
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Represent Blue Star with professionalism on every project
