About The Position

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! Join Renewal by Andersen as we take the Window Replacement market by storm. We are looking for TOP Sales Professionals to join our highly successful sales force.
Training is paid, benefits included, and best of all - leads are provided. No more door to door or cold calls - ever. We currently have more leads then our reps can handle!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Receive pre-set appointments from our Marketing teams - no more cold calling
Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential
You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.
COVID-19 precautions are in place with masks, gloves, sanitizing, out-door consults, and virtual consultations if needed
You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

Requirements

• 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
• A proven track record of closing sales
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
