Responsibilities

  • Actively cultivate new business for our company.
  • Manage the bid process with all parties involved, always following up on submitted proposals.
  • Make appropriate product and service offerings.
  • Write quotes, including material and labor, that meet or exceed the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to begin work and keep CRM up to date .
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations.
  • Follow up on customer questions, needs, or concerns, you make adjustments to ensure all projects stay on schedule.
