Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs of guests.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a positive team environment.
  • Assist with banquet preparations and catering events as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
