Requirements
- HHA certification or CNA (can be newly certified or without certification)
- CPR certification (up to date)
- Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)
- AHCA link: HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible availability
- Able to run errands and Transport patients
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)
- In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county
Responsibilities
- Follow care plans and communicate any client changes
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments
