About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as HHA or PCA required
Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
Must pass background checks and adhere to health regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as directed.
Help with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to clients' needs.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Document and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility as needed.
