Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license AND reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients & staff
- Ability to follow safety procedures and care plans
- No certification required — we provide paid training
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Report changes in client condition to the office
