Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Valid driver’s license AND reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients & staff
• Ability to follow safety procedures and care plans
• No certification required — we provide paid training
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Report changes in client condition to the office
