About The Position

Requirements

• Active HHA or PCA certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel between clients
• Strong reliability and communication skills
• Current TB test (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety
• Travel between client homes during your shift
• Follow care plans and document services
