About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are looking for active bilingual Home Health Aides to help with adult personal care. We are urgently hiring and training bilingual CHHAs with flexible scheduling options available, including day, evening, and weekend shifts in Bergen and Passaic County. Requirements

• Active N.J. Homemaker - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
• Minimum one year work experience
• Entry level aides welcomed

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience in home health care

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Range of motion/exercises
• Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Feeding
• Nail care
• Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
