Requirements

Must be physically able to lift 20-40lbs
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a current Tuberculosis (PPD) Test 2-Step Skin Injection/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work)

Responsibilities

Must be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation, and ambulation.
Assist individuals with personal care needs such as toileting, dressing, grooming, showering, oral hygiene, meal prep, etc.
Accompany clients to appointments and social outings as needed.
Create personal connections with clients
