The Home Health Aide/CNA carries out supportive duties for the Nursing Department of a health care provider by performing specified, non-clinical skills under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, or other Agency designated health care professional. If assigned to a psychiatric patient, the aide/CNA must have documented experience in additional training to meet the needs of this specialized population. OneHome coordinates a full range of post-acute care including home health, infusion therapy, and durable medical equipment services at patients’ homes.
