About The Position

Our Worcester, MA office is currently hiring in-home Caregivers to work as Companions or Personal Care Providers. This role involves helping elderly and disabled individuals live comfortably in their own homes. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing caregivers to create their own hours.

Requirements

• Own Vehicle and valid driver's license
• HHA certification or CNA license
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and household needs
• Prepare meals with client assistance
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
• Monitor and report any changes or unusual incidents
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
