About The Position
As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping. We train and manage all our caregivers, and there are currently caregiver jobs to fit any experience level. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
- State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
- Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
- Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Remind clients to take medication.
- Clock in/out and document all tasks.
